What YOU will do:
Responsible for clerical duties, data entry, assisting Planners for meetings and maintaining communications between Planning, Production, Dock personnel and Customers.
In This Role YOU will:
- Perform clerical duties for a variety of routine tasks:

- Data entry utilizing standard computer keyboard and possible typewriter
- Create and print reports
- Maintain and be accountable for controlled documents
- Maintain communications between Planning, Production and Docks
- Perform tasked assigned by his or her supervisor in proficient and timely manner
- Acknowledge, receive, print and process work package from customer’s websites
- Printing of package and all essential documentation to accompany Work Package
- Create Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Upload package to SAP to create Main Service Order Numbers and Job Numbers
- Print Bar Codes for all documentation of the Work Package
- Audit printed package against tally sheets for irregularities or missing documents
- Maintain emails and communications for revisions, deletions and add on documents to the original work package.
- Promote communications between Planning, Docks, Production, Engineering and Customer for any policy or procedure changes throughout each project
- Ensure Docks have supply of FAA, STAM and customer required forms
SUPERVISION: Under general direction from Planners / Planning Managers, perform assignments as instructed in accordance with planning procedures to produce desired end results.
INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS: A high level of communications skills are required to maintain an effective working relationship within planning, production, dock personnel and the customer
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT: Normal office environment requiring the performance of essential responsibilities while sitting in a standard office chair five hours per day and walking up to possible 3 hours per day on concrete/carpet surfaces to deliver or communicate various documentation. Must be able to lift 25lbs. and report to work regularly for scheduled shifts.
What YOU Need:
- 1 year STAM Planning Clerk I or equitant in related field
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Some job-related courses preferred, e.g. typing, bookkeeping, computer science.
