Join us as we launch operations at our new Houston Hobby Airport (HOU) facility. We’re looking for a hands-on aviation leader who thrives in a fast-growing environment and understands the dynamics of line maintenance. As Station Manager, you will initially lead a small team—with opportunities to expand headcount as demand increases. You will play a key role in delivering on-wing EcoPower jet engine washes to commercial airline customers and shaping the success of this new station.

ST Engineering North America- Eco Services, LLC was founded to serve the commercial, military, and business aviation community. EcoPower engine wash technology development began nearly 20 years ago with the goal to make a better, faster, easier, and environmentally responsible engine wash.
What You will Do:
The HOU Station Manager will have primary responsibilities for our new HOU satellite repair station, staff performance, compliance to all internal policy and regulatory requirements and meeting internal and external customer needs. The Manager needs to be a hands-on, team player. After completing our management and engine wash training process, the Manager’s primary responsibilities, include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting weeknight EcoPower engine washes with your station technician(s).
- Managing facility compliance with government regulatory requirements and Corporate policy, including FAA, EH&S & DOT.
- Overseeing staff initial training and on-going performance as well as being proactive in ensuring your staff is working safely, reporting near hits and incidents and up-to-date with on-going DOT/FAA/EHS training.
- Conducting local equipment TPM and repair and participating in continuous improvement efforts.
- Engaging contractors & suppliers for facility and engine wash support.
- Managing expenditures in accordance with company Procurement, Finance and HR policies and procedures.
- Point of contact for planned government, corporate and customer inspections, audits and assessments and ensuring readiness for such unplanned events.
- Coordinating with the Quality Assurance Manager and Chief Inspector on all FAA compliance issues.
- Being responsive to internal and external requests from EcoServices peers, customers, regulatory authority, auditors, etc. Serving as the key liaison with regulatory authorities as it relates to Station matters.
What YOU need to be successful:
- At least 5 years of aviation maintenance experience (commercial preferred) is required.
- A broad knowledge of engine hardware and flight line operations/procedures as well as familiarity with the safe operation of heavy equipment and ground support equipment around aircraft is necessary.
- Recent experience doing line maintenance and the willingness to participate in engine washes is necessary as described in the job responsibilities.
- Supervisory experience managing direct reports or teams is strongly preferred, including managing staffing schedules, producing reports to management, and working collaboratively with peers and upper management.
- Applicants must be certificated under 14 C.F.R. Part 65 (FAA Airframe & Powerplant) and hold a valid & current U.S.-based driver's license to be considered.
Scheduling: This is an on-site position, and primarily Monday-Friday nightshift, however as the Manager, you must be flexible to address the variability inherent with servicing commercial air carrier customers. As such, you might need to work occasionally during the day or weekend. Though travel is not frequent, the Manager must have the ability to travel a few says a month for overnight trips, generally no more than one or two nights.
