If this sounds like you, EcoServices, LLC is looking for a results-driven Head of Finance to help lead our next phase of strategic growth. In this highly visible role, you’ll be the financial right-hand to the General Manager, driving financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategic decision-making, and operational excellence. You’ll be responsible for managing the full finance function—including forecasting, budgeting, reporting and policy alignment—while playing a key role in business transformation, sustainability efforts, and ongoing M&A activities.

EcoServices, LLC, a joint venture of ST Engineering North America and Pratt & Whitney Line Maintenance Services, Inc. (a Raytheon company), is the premier provider internationally of on-wing gas turbine aero engine washes. ST Engineering North America- Eco Services, LLC was founded to serve the commercial, military, and business aviation community. We provide our clients with the highest level of service and technology available. EcoPower engine wash technology development began nearly 20 years ago with the goal to make a better, faster, easier, and environmentally responsible engine wash.
What YOU will do:
Reporting to the SVP of Global Commercial Finance, the Head of Finance serves as the strategic financial partner to the General Manager of EcoServices and other subsidiary leaders, driving the development and execution of the company’s financial objectives. This role oversees all finance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with parent company standards.
In This Role, You Will:
- Advise the President and senior leadership on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, investment strategy, and policy development.
- Serve as a key financial advisor to the Board of Managers, clearly communicating financial matters and delivering insights at board meetings.
- Contribute to the development and execution of EcoServices’ strategic goals and play a key role in overall organizational management.
- Own all aspects of finance and accounting, including FP&A, cash management, KPI development, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Legal, IT, and HR on financial strategy, planning, and process alignment.
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes with seamless integration across financial systems and models.
- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages with detailed analysis and commentary on trends, variances, and performance vs. budget.
- Track and analyze operating expenditures, providing accurate forecasting and scenario modeling.
- Partner with go-to-market teams to ensure visibility into financial resources, support hiring plans, and enable business growth initiatives.
- Develop and evaluate business cases, financial models, and credit assessments in support of sales proposals and strategic initiatives.
- Cultivate a high-performance, learning-driven finance team focused on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members, ensuring timely and effective training.
- Set and monitor individual performance goals, conduct annual appraisals, and manage salary reviews and promotions.
- Foster a collaborative team culture through supportive mentorship and clearly defined objectives and priorities.
- Preferred experience closing M&A deals and/or managing in a joint venture environment.
- Commercial Aerospace experience also highly desirable.
What YOU need:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership, ideally including both external audit and in-house roles within high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated success leading organizational change and scaling financial operations in a growing company.
- Led multiple forecasting and budgeting cycles with precision
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Proven experience mentoring and developing finance teams with a range of skills and seniority.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of core financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and underlying drivers.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in SAP, Hyperion, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and results-oriented team player with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Estimated salary range for this role: $160,000.00 to $190, 000.00 per year. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive. ST Engineering considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location. (The wage range listed above is reflective of all geographic work locations where this position may be based and may not reflect the local market salary range.)
