Job Summary

Work within and across the enterprise to manage incoming/outgoing aftermarket repairable aircraft components and inventory (for exchange or lease) and aftermarket support equipment for sale. 

 

Job Responsibilities:
•    Manage lease/exchange component inventory pools adhering to approved procedures.
•    Communicate with fulfilment teams to ensure outgoing orders are processing. 
•    Manage tracking, storage and related processes for incoming exchanged/repairable items.  
•    New GSE/Tooling Sales 
o    Develop/manage Ground Support Equipment (GSE)/Tooling catalogue (items for sale)
o    Manage In-house inventory awaiting sale (warehouse storage, mod levels, calibration).
•    Monitor shipment quality & documentation provided with each sold, leased or exchanged asset.  
•    Plan future asset requirements.
•    Track volumes vs inventory levels. Make recommendations to maximize utilization and meet demand.
•    Ensure return shipments and invoices of customer owned property are processed in line with contract expectations and terms.
•    Maintain and distribute metrics as needed to monitor asset pool efficiency.
•    Attend customer / supplier meetings as required.  
•    Assist with other tasks/projects as assigned.

 

 

Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience in warehouse management/processes related to shipping, receiving, storage and retrieval of goods within a warehouse distribution center. In lieu of degree candidate must have HS diploma + 7 years related experience.


•    Motivated, organized self-starter.
•    Experience in component, repair/exchange environment is desirable. 
•    Able to communicate clearly with internal and external customers at all levels, verbal and written. 
•    Able to multi-task in a busy regulated environment and adjust with minimal supervision.
•    Knowledge of export and import procedures and controls.
•    PC skills in MS office suite, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
•    Recent experience with SAP preferred.
