Who YOU are and what YOU can become:

Responsible for supporting all aspects of the PRO warehouse process from receiving through shipping (both physically and transactionally) while maintaining traceability.

 

What YOU will do:

  • Physical receipt of parts, entry into ERP system
  • Labeling and putaway of parts
  • Picking and scanning of parts and/or kits into Excel spreadsheets
  • Maintaining traceability of all hardware (documentation of batch/lot/serial number) in Excel spreadsheets
  • Tracking movement of parts from picking through shipping
  • Packing and crating of parts, ensuring quality inspection has occurred, tracking what’s been shipped vs scanned/not shipped in Excel spreadsheets
  • Reporting, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies
  • Contributing to process improvements
  • Performing ERP system transactions (e.g. inventory movement, cashing of parts to jobs, etc.)
  • Maintaining cleanliness of workspace
  • Other tasks as needed

 

What YOU must bring to Succeed:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent plus a minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment or other similar industry. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.


 

Desired Characteristics

• Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities and resolve appropriately

• Strong capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to understand requests and problems, inform on status, and negotiate solutions

• Works well both independently and with teams

Estimate salary range for this role: $50,000 to $65,000 per year. Base pay is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
