Interns will gain experience in varied areas related to their field of study. Experienced managers mentor Intern contributions and development during their assignments. Interns build leadership and functional skills through structured hands-on and classroom training that complements challenging work experience. Program will start May 26th – July 31st.

What YOU will do

 

Support the Human Resources team with ongoing and/or new projects 

  • Assigned projects will support one or more of our HR areas (talent acquisition, talent development, Labor Relations, Benefits, and Compensations). 
  • The HR interns will be exposed to related business, meetings and processes 
  • Other HR duties as assigned

 

 

Who YOU must bring to Succeed

 

  • Current enrollment in a degree program that will lead to a bachelors or technical degree with minimum 3.0 GPA .
  • Completed one full year of college (rising Sophomore)
  • Dependable transportation to / from work
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen OR Green card holder

Estimate salary range for this role: $21.00 to $30.00 per hour. ST Engineering MRAS considers several factors with extending job offers, based on the graduation year and major.
