The ideal candidate will provide all necessary aircraft nacelle support on pre- and post-contractual administration, management, and Terms & Conditions of assigned aviation related contracts. Also could involve any aspects of definition, management, execution of risk modeling activities and management of warranty claims in support of the contracts/projects as well as development, management, and execution of contract estimating activities in support of tenders and project reviews.

At ST Engineering MRAS, we are also rapidly augmenting our maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) capabilities leveraging the company’s expanded aircraft nacelle portfolio as well as it’s materials and processing expertise.
What YOU will do:
- Responsibility for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
- Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
- Function as liaison between internal organizations and customers.
- Assist on sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals.
- Reviews customer proposed purchase and repair orders, provides feedback and negotiates with customers.
- Some travel to aviation trade shows and customers around the globe but mostly in the Americas region.
- Interact with members of customer service, parts & transactional services, field service, repair service and/or other teams.
- Contributes to the development of sales and business plans for the business unit.
- Presents to leadership in the business.
- Works with cross business teams and important business unit clients.
- Assist and potentially lead in complex long-term processes and negotiations with important clients.
- Assist and sometimes lead in generating operating procedures to support assigned customers and contracts as well as continuous improvement activities for the business unit.
- Support the audits of the business unit from time to time.
What YOU must bring to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college and/or equivalent combination of education/experience. Minimum of 5 years of relatable experience in Sales, Customer Contract or Product Management. Experience managing relationships with business customers. Recent experience in the aviation industry within MRO is preferred.
- This position involves access to export-controlled technology which requires U.S. Person status or government authorization. A ‘U.S. Person,’ as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62, includes U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, individuals lawfully admitted for permanent residence (green card holders), and individuals granted asylum or refugee status in the United States. To be considered for this position, you must either be a U.S. Person or fall within a legally recognized export control exception or authorization. If hired, you will be required to provide valid proof of such status.

- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute.
- Experience and working knowledge with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, Corridor, Quantum, Pentagon 2000 or similar system.
- Working knowledge of aircraft or component MRO.
- Working knowledge of airline sourcing processes and CTQs.
- At least 5 years of experience selling to airlines.
- Multilingual with emphasis on Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

Estimate salary range for this role: $88,200 to $130,000 per year. ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
