Who YOU are and what YOU can become:

The Pro Neo Quality Technician will primarily be responsible for the inspection and acceptance of hardware / end item deliverables on behalf of the customer. The individual will be responsible for ensuring all engineering and regulatory requirements are met to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

What YOU will do:

• Review and accept hardware on behalf of customer prior to delivery, including generation of conformance certificates and all acceptance documentation.

• Provide Quality support and assistance with Inspection personnel while performing First Article inspections. Maintain / Manage First Article Inspection open / completion database.

• Accurately Document defects and create pictorial presentations for MRB items requiring customer disposition. Investigate Root Cause and address Corrective Action for MRB items prior to submittal to customer.

• Review and approve supplier AS9102 First Articles for compliance and completion to the PO, Engineering drawing, engineering specifications and AS9102 requirements.

• Perform data collection and statistical analysis to monitor processes and develop sampling inspection plans.

 

What YOU must bring to Succeed:

High school diploma / GED with experience in Manufacturing or Quality.

1-3 years of Aerospace / DOD / assembly line experience. Knowledge of ISO9000 / AS9100 is preferred.

Acquire and maintain multiple customer representative certifications for acceptance of hardware.

Estimate salary range for this role: $28.84 - $36.05 per hour. ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
