What YOU will do
- Focal point for customer communications for all aspects of Quality on the assigned program.
- Lead issue resolution for all Quality Assurance areas of the program.
- Coordinate cross functional team reviews of potential defects to determine whether product is conforming with applicable specifications. If product is nonconforming, lead root cause analysis and action plan development and ensure corrective and preventive actions taken are implemented and effective.
- Evaluate, design, develop and/or modify processes that produce conforming and compliant parts.
- In coordination with program, engineering, and operations teams, be responsive to customer inquiries within a very limited timeframe to ensure product is properly dispositioned and work continues to progress through successful delivery to the customer.
- Eliminate process variation and product defects through creative solutions.
- Capture and analyze data to find trends. Use the data to drive decisions.
- Effectively communicate and present to all levels of personnel from operators to senior leadership.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance on-time, quality delivery of product.
- Review and approve Customer Quality requirements and flow to Production Team.
- Participate in MRAS Change Control Boards for all design and engineering changes.
- Work with Program Managers by supporting weekly internal Program meetings, customer Quality calls, and periodic in-person customer meetings.
- Support all material certification efforts and coordinates conformity acceptance by the customer and FAA as required.
What YOU must bring to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing). Minimum of 1 year of experience in Production Quality is required.
- This position involves access to export-controlled technology which requires U.S. Person status or government authorization. A ‘U.S. Person,’ as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62, includes U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, individuals lawfully admitted for permanent residence (green card holders), and individuals granted asylum or refugee status in the United States. To be considered for this position, you must either be a U.S. Person or fall within a legally recognized export control exception or authorization. If hired, you will be required to provide valid proof of such status.

Estimate salary range for this role: $63,500 to $93,000 per year. ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
