Who YOU are and what YOU can become:

As the SAP Consumption Manager, you will lead and optimize our SAP system utilization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP, with a focus on consumption planning, execution, and monitoring. This role requires leadership skills to manage a team and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring efficient use of SAP resources

 

What YOU will do:

  • Provide daily support to Bonding, Assembly, Production Control, and Planning teams to improve and support consumption activities in SAP.
  • Collaborate with Stockroom, Bonding, and Assembly staff to disseminate training of SAP consumption activities.
  • Lead and manage a team of SAP specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP consumption plans.
  • Report on SAP error metrics. Establish, maintain and communicate a comprehensive work stoppage status; identify options for resolution.
  • Assist in root cause analysis on Staging, Consumption, or Completion issues.
  • Lead troubleshooting process for Consumption errors and provide solution to Production Control and Operations teams.
  • Support status briefs for management, work on special issues, projects or presentations.

 

What YOU must bring to Succeed:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field, with 5 years of experience in SAP management, with a focus on consumption and performance. In addition, candidate must have at least two years of Supervisory or Progressive Leadership experience.

 

Desired Characteristics:

  • SAP certification or equivalent technical experience.
  • 5+ years of Supervisor or Mangement experience 
  • Experience working in a union/manufacturing environment
  • Experience in project management.
  • Understanding of financial processes and cost management in SAP.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Estimate salary range for this role: $88,200  to  $127,300 per year. ST Engineering considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
