What YOU will do:

As the APG Maintenance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our APG Mechanics. Your leadership and technical expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the effectiveness and reliability of our customers' Aircraft while remaining in compliance with all FAA policies and regulations.

 

  • Responsible for a crew of 20 or more and able to prioritize what needs to be done daily.
  • Remove and replace various aircraft components using special tooling and ground support equipment following verbal and written instructions such as supervisor's directives and manuals to complete all routine and non-routine assignments promptly.
  • Perform the duties of and provide necessary training for lower skill levels.
  • Perform as Relief Lead, assuming all Lead responsibilities in their absence.
  • Maintain and store various tools in a serviceable condition.

 

What YOU bring to be successful:

•       High school diploma or GED required.  FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certification required.

•       Three (3) years minimum experience in heavy commercial maintenance.

•       Three (3) years supervisory experience

•       Ability to work overtime as needed
