What YOU will do:
As the Avoinics Maintenance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our Avoinics Mechanics. You'll lead a dynamic team of skilled technicians and specialists, overseeing the maintenance task management of
assigned Mechanics while maintaining our state-of-the-art equipment. Your leadership and technical expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the effectiveness and reliability of our customers' Aircraft while remaining in compliance with all FAA policies and regulations.
• Lead and work with a small crew of avonics mechanics and technicians to perform their assignments.
• Troubleshot and repaired all major electrical, communications, and navigation systems down to the component level with various testing equipment on aircraft or in a shop environment.
• Analyze all repairs, deciding independent methods and procedures to accomplish assignments.
• Perform as a Relief Supervisor, assuming all Supervisor responsibilities in his or her absence.
What YOU must bring to Succeed:
• High school diploma or GED required. FAA Airframe Certification required.
• Three (3) years minimum experience in transport aircraft category
• Three (3) years supervisory experience
• Ability to work overtime as needed
