We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician who is ready to work in a fast-paced aviation environment where attention to detail, communication, and accountability matter every day. In this role, you will perform daily quality assurance surveillance across aircraft maintenance lines, identify and report discrepancies, document results, and help ensure key maintenance processes remain compliant.

What YOU will do: Responsible for the accomplishment of daily quality assurance surveillance activities to verify compliance with key processes or elements associated with the aircraft maintenance function, and report the results from the surveillance to middle and senior management.
In This Role, You Will:
- Monitor maintenance activities and verify compliance with established processes
- Identify discrepancies and communicate them quickly to production leadership
- Document surveillance findings and maintain accurate QA records
- Work independently and effectively under pressure
- Communicate professionally with mechanics, supervisors, and management

Working knowledge or ability to acquire skills in the following:
- Ability to learn quickly and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively report observed conditions to peers and leadership
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures
What YOU need:
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
SUPERVISION: Under the general direction of a supervisor. Normally performs duties after receiving general instructions as to methods, procedures, and desired end results. There is some opportunity for discretion when making selections among a few, easily identifiable choices. The assignment is usually reviewed upon completion.
INTERPERSONAL RELATION: Good interpersonal skills are required to maintain an effective relationship with co-workers and supervision.
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to cope with the stress and mental exhaustion associated with having to verify several elements across multiple aircraft lines on a daily basis, employee confrontations, and long work hours.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required
COMPUTER SKILLS: Must possess basic computer skills and be able to use basic functions in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
EXPERIENCE: 3-months working experience in a factory, warehouse, or repair shop setting.
