What You will Do:
As Senior Director of Marketing & Sales – Aviation MRO, you will supporting our commercial growth strategy, driving long-term success and strengthening our position as a global Airframe MRO powerhouse. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing brand visibility in the aviation services sector. The role requires a visionary leader with deep industry knowledge, strong client relationships, and a proven track record in commercial aviation MRO sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute short-, mid-, and long-term market strategies aligned with company goals
- Champion our Airframe and other MRO capabilities to a North American and global customer base
- Lead business development efforts targeting airlines, leasing companies, and other aircraft owners and operators.
- Expand customer portfolio and market reach for our Airframe MRO Business.
- Lead pricing and contract negotiations with a focus on profitability
- Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with operations, planning and finance teams to ensure program success.
- Represent ST Engineering at key industry events, trade shows and conferences
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
- Drive digital marketing, branding, and communications initiatives to elevate ST Engineering’s MRO profile
What YOU need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10 years of progressive experience in aviation sales and marketing, and 5 years in an Airframe MRO setting
- Deep knowledge of the commercial aviation Airframe MRO landscape
- A well-established commercial airline industry network
- Proven ability to close complex deals and grow profitable revenue streams
- Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills
- Data-driven decision-making and forecasting expertise
- Outstanding communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
