JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing high quality support for the learning management system, routine clerical work involving data entry, file maintenance, and record processing.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Provide LMS user support which include problems such as forgotten passwords, how to access the LMS reports, troubleshoot user interface issues, navigability challenges and any other obstacle related to the system.
  2. Perform either specialized clerical duties or a wide variety of routine clerical tasks:
  • Type correspondence, memoranda, reports, contracts, requisitions, and other documents.
  • Neatly file and maintain various training documents and materials.
  • Assist the general public, clients, or other employees by telephone, e-mail, or in person by furnishing requested information or service in a courteous and effective manner.
  1. Perform any work that may be assigned by his or her supervisor.
  2. Order and maintain inventory control over office supplies.
  3. Data Entry and accurately updating the training information for new hires and terminations using LMS Platforms.
  4. Maintain and digitize employee training certificates and documents.
  5. Coordinate with various instructors on time, date, and locations of classes.
  6. Assist with coordination of AMT student training
  7. Create and supply weekly/monthly recurrent training report for organizational leadership and stakeholders.
  8. Create qualifications in the company’s LMS Platforms based on job title.
  9. Be familiar with training qualifications based on company and customer’s policies.

 

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:    Good knowledge of office procedures and equipment. Ability to accurately type at a rate of 50 WPM. Maintain specialized files and records. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint.

 

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:     

SUPERVISION:        Under immediate direction. Employee must be able to perform assignments after receiving detailed instructions, as to methods; procedures; and desired end results. Little room for deviation.

 

INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS:            A moderate level of interpersonal skills is required to maintain an effective relationship within the Department and employees.

 

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:      Normal office environment requiring the performance of essential responsibilities while sitting in a high back chair five hours per day and walking three hours per day up to 200 ft. on concrete/carpet surfaces to deliver or communicate various documentation. Must be able to lift 25lbs. and report to work regularly.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:  

           

EDUCATION:           High School Diploma or GED required. Some job-related courses/administrative skills preferred.

 

EXPERIENCE:         1–2-year experience preferred within an administrative office environment.
