What YOU will do: 

As a HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Lead Specialist you will oversee the maintenance and optimization of our HRIS platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent technical skills, a proactive approach to system enhancements, and the ability to teach others.

 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and optimal performance.
  • Perform standard HR transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Create custom reports as needed for HR leadership and other departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancements and implement solutions.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS by auditing and analyzing information regularly.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to HR staff and other users of the HRIS.
  • Support HRIS projects, such as decommissioning legacy systems, new module implementations or implementations for bolt on systems
  • Develop and deliver training programs for HR staff and end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.

 

What YOU need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 5+ years in an HRIS or similar role, demonstrating strong knowledge of HRIS processes and database management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Paylocity, SAP, Success Factors) and advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Attention to detail and strong ability to enter data with accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word, ability to adapt quickly to new software and computer applications.
  • Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
