What YOU will do: 

Reporting directly to the Head of IT, the Director of Digital Solutions is responsible for defining and leading the organization’s digital solutions and capabilities transformation activities.  You will create next-generation Data/Analytics, Cloud Based Platforms and Solutions, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), DevSecOps, and OutSystems.  The overall responsibilities of this position are to lead the creation of a vision and architecture for the platform of capabilities and application and the supporting data to execute the strategies necessary to solve large-scale enterprise problems.     

  • Develop a clear and compelling digital strategy for the company’s future.
  • Drive growth and strategic planning by evolving an organization into the digital age.
  • Ensure that digital initiatives are fully integrated with the strategic-planning process, including leadership commitment and resource allocation.
  • Create new value through the smart use of digital tools, platforms, technologies, services, and processes.
  • Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models.
  • Design, implement, own and monitor company digital strategies and products within budget requirements.
  • Own and monitor the digital-innovation project portfolio.
  • Build, manage, and continue to grow a digital-innovation ecosystem, both internal and external.
  • Identify new tools (AI, ChatGPT, digital, CRM) that can support and enhance our solutions.
  • Set and implement digital strategy by working with cross-functional partners to map and transition analogue processes to digital ones.
  • Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices among partners and colleagues to help establish a robust digital ecosystem.
  • Measure ROI for digital projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure that we’re investing in the appropriate tools and resources.

 

What YOU need to be successful: 

  • Seven to ten years of experience in a similar role designing and launching digital platforms.
  • Proven leadership of successful digital transformation projects.
  • Understanding of core business processes and their associated technical solutions.
  • An innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward.
  • Experience in managing and leading a digital team.
  • Proven skills for influencing and collaborating with coworkers.
  • Solid analytical and organisational skills
  • Strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic and critical thinker with enough attention to detail who regularly seeks innovative. solutions to complex business/technical issues.
  • Able to build cohesive teams and achieve goals through influence
  • Data driven and comfortable using data to drive decisions and rally support
  • Solid analytical and organization skills
  • Strong change leadership skills; ability to lead a bold charge to take the organization to the next
