Who WE are and where WE are going:

ST Engineering Aerospace is located in Pensacola, FL, at the Pensacola International Airport. We are a renowned provider of aircraft maintenance and modification (AMM) services for commercial airlines and air freight operators. We meet our customers' requirements by providing a full spectrum of high-quality, reliable, and timely AMM and engineering solutions. We have the know-how and experience to comprehensively manage complex projects, ensuring our customers' aircraft operate safely and efficiently.  

 

In This Role YOU will:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting processes for positions from initial outreach through onboarding (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, pipeline management, offers, onboarding, etc.)
  • Manage applicant flow within SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ONB. 
  • Work closely with and build relationships with internal hiring managers and external sources of talent. Utilize social media, applicant tracking system and other tools to effectively and efficiently attract and secure talent for the organization.
  • Continually seek new and innovative ways to attract candidates.
  • Build innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, driving and managing unique candidate pipelines to explore, leverage, and support our commitment to building talented and diverse teams.
  • Assist in the development and facilitation of talent feeder programs such as internships, university campus recruiting approach, etc.
  • Assist in job fairs and facility events.
  • Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations to ensure all recruitment practices are in compliance.
  • Assist with facility orientation activities and onboarding activities for new hires as needed
  • Ability to perform detail-oriented projects with a high level of accuracy.
  •  All other duties as assigned.

The incumbent normally performs the duty assignment at his or her discretion and is limited only by policies set by administrative or legislative authority.  Total end results determine effectiveness of job performance.

 

INTERPERSONAL ENVIORMENT:

A strong level of interpersonal skill is required to maintain an effective relationship between various departments, management, and customer representatives.

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:

Essential responsibilities are performed in a climate-controlled office but not limited to the office. Must be able to cope with stress and mental exhaustion due to pressures of accomplishing set goals, meeting short deadlines, maintaining numerous projects simultaneously, employee confrontations and long work hours.

 

What YOU Need:           

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of related HR/Recruitment experience required.

 

SKILLS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Knowledge of recruitment methods, systems and applications including social media and applicant tracking

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent time management skills/proven ability to meet deadlines

• Knowledge of human resource practices and procedures

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software
